One of the best ways for athletes to prevent injury is to increase flexibility while building strength. Certified yoga instructor, Jill Flournoy, will take you through a series of long slow stretches to help tennis and pickleball athletes focus on areas of the body affected by the repetitive motions of our sports. After gently manipulating the spine, releasing the fascia and stretching ligaments, you are guaranteed to feel less stiff and more agile.
